What was most interesting to me – and most relevant for business writers – was the examination of changing skills required as jobs evolve. However, clearly, strong communication skills will become increasingly more important.
We must manage more and more information, and be able to organize it clearly for our readers. Strong communication skills will always be an in-demand skill.
