newsletter is an interactive and insight-packed examination
and discussion of tips and best practices to improve the impact
of your business writing. The author also answers your
individual questions in the forum section. No charge to
clients.
- One-hour topic webinars examine
individual business writing concepts and provide an interactive live training
session. Clients receive one complimentary webinar, after
completing their training course.
- Q&A provides concrete tips and tools
that are discussed in training sessions.
