Effective Business Writing Techniques is a comprehensive business writing workshop for groups, delivered onsite at your location, which hones the bedrock business writing skills required of every business person. Content covers most frequent business documents: memos, business letters, business reports and email. Methods to write efficiently and effectively as well as lessons on style and tone are included.
- The first portion of the course addresses process: how to write efficiently, target a reader and elicit a positive business response from all documents.
- The second portion of the course covers documents relevant to your organization, such as email, status reports, executive summaries, sales letters. We use client examples and scenarios in the training, to make the training most engaging and applicable.
- The third portion of the course addresses language and style: brevity, clarity, grammar, and language flow. It is this section that differs from our standard version of this course. This non-native version includes deep grammar and syntax assessment, and instruction and resources on grammar errors present.
Onsite course are highly interactive, and include writing review.
