Consisting of 11 lessons, participants will master the structure and techniques of sales and persuasive communication and learn to write compelling and well organized sales proposals:
In this course, participants learn:
- Learn the style of a selling document - the AIDA technique - Attention, Interest, Desire and Action
- Learn to construct their writing around the reader
- Develop attention-getting techniques
- Learn the multiple forms of a sales letters and persuasive requests
The text of a proposal performs two essential functions: It persuades the client to award you a contract, and it spells out the terms of that contract. This training will cover both solicited and unsolicited proposals, and will enable participants to:
- Prepare all the necessary parts of a formal proposal
- Assemble all the parts of a proposal in proper order, using an appropriate format
- Prepare and assemble all the parts of a formal proposal
- Critique formal proposals written by someone else
