I was able to accomplish the training at my pace and at home. There were many styles or tools to choose from so that I could tailor my toolbox to how I write.
Really enjoyed getting the feedback. It was constructive and positive, creating a good environment for learning.
This is I think the most helpful soft skills corporate training I've ever taken (and I've taken many). The combination of videos, material to read, and very importantly instructor reviewed exercises is a powerful one. Also, it's rare for me to walk away from a soft skills training with such clear and helpful tools for after the training, so well done!
Katie provided great, detailed feedback that allowed me to identify what areas I really needed to work on (and still work on). Also, she provided very helpful advice for going forward that I appreciated greatly.
These tools will be used in my everyday job. Writing emails and reports are apart of my everyday responsibilities so the things I've learned will be used every day.
