This is I think the most helpful soft skills corporate training I've ever
taken (and I've taken many). The combination of videos, material to read, and very importantly instructor reviewed exercises is a powerful one. Also, it's rare for me to walk away from a soft skills training with such clear and helpful tools for after the training, so well done!
Grace was not only knowledgeable and organized, but she was encouraging and reassuring! Just what I often need standing on my shoulder.
Katie provided great, detailed feedback that allowed me to identify what areas I really needed to work on (and still work on). Also, she provided very helpful advice for going forward that I appreciated greatly.
I wish writing would have been taught like this earlier in my career or education. Very rarely has skills training ever had this much discussion -- I could have gone another day or longer. I learned more today than every undergrad or MBA English course I took.
Really enjoyed getting the feedback. It was constructive and positive, creating a good environment for learning.
